2 medium bananas 120 grams each and peeled and sliced

Slow-Cooker Banana-Nut Oatmeal
Directions
Lightly coat a 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine oats, water, milk and salt in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Spoon 1 cup (236.5 ml) of oatmeal into 4 bowls. Top evenly with banana slices, and drizzle with almond butter and honey.
