Apple Pie Breakfast Bowl

  • 1 small frozen banana

  • 0.5 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 0.66666666666 cup apple sauce unsweetened

  • 0.25 cup rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Handful of fresh spinach or kale optional


  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
